Job Description
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
- Sourcing contractors and subcontractors for the construction phase of the project.
- Coordinating with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers.
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Analyzing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts, to ensure the best deals.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
