JOB
DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepare
    and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim
    and sub-contractor’s certificate.
  • Conduct joint
    measurements to verify work completed by contractors and
    sub-contractors.
  • Assist the Contract Manager to
    prepare reports and variation orders.
  • Prepare
    final accounts of main contract and
    sub-contracts.
  • Implement cost control
    procedures.
  • Responsible in taking off
    quantities and calling for quotations.
  • Check
    quantity and advise purchaser on materials to be
    ordered.
  • Carry out other job assignments as and
    when required by the immediate superior
  • To
    participate in tendering for new
    projects.
  • Responsible in taking off quantities

  • Prepare Tender
    Documents including BQ and cost
    estimation.
  • Review and analyse cost studies and
    budget.
