Job Summary
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, contracts, and claims for our oil and gas project in Pengerang. The role will be based at the project site and will work closely with the project and site teams to ensure cost control and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Monitor project costs and ensure spending is within approved budget.
• Prepare progress claims, interim valuations, and final accounts.
• Handle variation orders, claims, and cost reports.
• Review subcontractor quotations and assist in contract awards.
• Verify subcontractor work progress and payment claims.
• Maintain proper cost records and project documentation.
