Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor handling electrical works / MEPFS
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods
  • Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and cost control
  • Familiar with construction drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards
  • Experience in high-rise or infrastructure projects is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other quantity surveying tools/software
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to conduct onsite visits as required
  • Willing to be assigned to Gil Puyat, Pasay City
  • Immediate availability preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php42,000.00 per month
