A well-established civil engineering and infrastructure organisation is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to provide part-timemercial support on a major highways project. This flexible opportunity is ideal for amercially astute QS looking for one day per week, working alongside an experiencedmercial team on aplex infrastructure scheme.

Your new role

As Quantity Surveyor, your primary responsibility will be the maintenance and development of detailed cost forecasts for a live highways construction project. You will be responsible for reviewing project progress, interpreting construction programmes and ensuring robust forecasting across all cost streams.
In addition, you will provide widermercial support to the project team when required, assisting with day-to-day quantity surveying duties and offering cover across themercial function during periods of peak workload or absence.
