Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Painting and Decorating
Based in Orpington with travel required across the South East
50k - 65k plus package
Full-time, permament position
We are working with a leading national Social Housing / Property Services contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to deliver a painting and decorating contract in Orpington with travel required across the South East.
We are looking for a proven commercial professional with a comprehensive commercial understanding of cost management, the CVR process, as well as excellent client relationship skills.
As the Quantity Surveyor for our client, some of your responsibilities will include:
Control all expenditure
Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
On-boarding of sub contractors/suppliers
Ensuring value for money & financial assessments
Manage day to day cost control & monitoring & reporting
Process sub contractor requests for payment via app...
