Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong pre-contract expertise to support high-value construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cost planning, estimation, tendering, and contract documentation, preferably with exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, and luxury developments.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-contract cost planning, budgeting, and estimation
Preparation of BOQs, cost plans, and tender documentation
Tender analysis, bid evaluation, and contractor recommendations
Value engineering and cost optimization
Coordination with design, procurement, and project teams
Qualifications & Experience
11+ years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
