Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quantity take-offs, bill of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates)

• Assist in budget preparation, cost planning, and value engineering.

• Monitor project costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

• Assist in preparing monthly valuations and final accounts.

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, variations, and claims.

• Participate in tendering processes and procurement of subcontractors/materials

Qualification:

• Licensed Civil Engineer.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in Quantity Surveying

• Professional license (PRC) or certification is an advantage.

• Proficient in quantity surveying software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, Planswift) and MS Office Suite.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
