  • Develop, monitor, & control budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from construction drawings to determine material quantities required for a project.

  •  Review architectural, Structural & Interior plans and prepare quantity, BBS / Structural, Finishing Qty
