About The Job

• Handling pre & post tender management and cost planning.
• Fully involved in technical matters relating to tendering such as cost calculation, estimation & compilation of required information.
• Fully involved in managing the contract terms and coming out with strategic solutions to terms that are not suitable.
• Full involved & experienced in sourcing matters such as sub-contractors, suppliers to get the best deals.
• In charge of reviewing tender sums, terms and conditions in contract documents so projects tendered/awarded are successful.
• Full involved & experienced in tracking project progress and handle contractual disputes to manage project costing.

Skills And Experience Required

• Minimum of a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years site based experience, preferably in construction of industrial projects.
