Responsibilities and Duties Assisting Project Manager Preparing Tender and contract documents Handle the negotiation rates and quotations from sub contractors Collate information and present for tender submission Liasing with clients, consultants and contractors Site viewing and understanding All other necessary admin works related to work scope Qualifications and Skills Diploma / Degree in Civil/Building/Architecture Engineering or any relevant discipline 3-5 years of experience in civil / construction industry Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules to meet tendering submission deadlines Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills Knowledge in building standards, measurement, documentation and contractual issues
