Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns.
  • Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
  • Track variations, claims, and change orders.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and supplier prices.
  • Coordinate between site, design, logistics and procurement teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • With prior related experience is an advantage but new board passers are welcome to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contracts.
  • Basic knowledge in AutoCAD and Excel.
  • Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Can start immediately.
