Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
- Track variations, claims, and change orders.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and supplier prices.
- Coordinate between site, design, logistics and procurement teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- With prior related experience is an advantage but new board passers are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contracts.
- Basic knowledge in AutoCAD and Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Can start immediately.
