Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Estimation & Planning: Preparing budgets and detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment during design and construction phases.
  • Tendering & Procurement: Preparing tender documents, contracts, and negotiating with subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
  • Cost Monitoring & Control: Tracking expenditures, assessing variations (changes in design), and forecasting final costs to ensure project profitability.
  • Contract Administration: Managing subcontractor accounts, issuing payment certificates, and resolving disputes regarding project costs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
