Hiring Quantity Surveyor
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Quantity Surveyor at Rescape Engineering Sdn. Bhd., located in Seri Kembangan. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for assisting in cost control and management, preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), and supporting cost planning and cost reporting tasks. Additional responsibilities include monitoring expenses and ensuring project budgets are maintained.
Job Scope & Requirements:
(MUST) Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying
(MUST) Able to work on the Construction Site & Possess Basic Construction Knowledge
(MUST) Have own Transport & Driving License
(MUST) Familiar with Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Construction Drawings
Coordinate with the Site Team, which includes: the Project Manager (PM), Site Engineers, QAQC Engineers, etc.
Perform Monthly Evaluation:
(1) Site Progress Recording & Tracking with the Site Team,
(2) Compile all the Site Progress into the Interim Payment Ce...
