Quantity Surveyor
📍 Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire
🏢 Office-based with Hybrid Working (2–3 days per week in the office)
💰 £60,000 – £75,000 + Employee Ownership Benefits
Due to continued growth and an expanding order book, our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly and collaborative commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist contractor delivering high-quality landscape and external works projects, taking full commercial ownership of projects from inception through to final account.
The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a close-knit commercial team and managing a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from £100,000 to £2.5 million.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being involved in the detail of project delivery, working closely with Contracts Managers, procurement teams, suppliers, and site teams to ensure commercial success.
