WE ARE HIRING: QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Cebu – 4PH Project (Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing Program)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to join our team for the Cebu 4PH Housing Project. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and contract administration, preferably in mass housing or vertical construction projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs based on architectural, structural, and MEPFS plans
  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
  • Monitor project costs and control budget allocations
  • Evaluate contractor/subcontractor billing and progress accomplishments
  • Conduct site visits to validate quantities and completed works
  • Assist in variation orders and claims preparation
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Procurement Team
