Job Description
MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a contracting firm proving end-to-end for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works. Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. MEP Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join our team in Islamabad at NovaCare Hospital Project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Understanding of MEP Project Documents (Like Drawings, Technical specifications & BOQ, etc.) to understand the scope
2. Post-Contract Financial Management - Responsible of preparing value of work done as per site according to final BOQ.
3. Responsible for submitting daily and monthly reports for accomplished works, minutes of every meeting done with the owner, As-built plans, and billing reports.
4. Responsible of taking physical measurement and quantities of piping, ducting and insulation etc. of complete MEP works.
5. Quantities take off for HVAC, Firefighting and plumbing items as per drawings and BOQ.
