Responsibilities

  • Progress update for preparing Monthly Claim
  • As message and coordinator between HQ and project site
  • Site valuation with client
  • Progress workdone certification for subcontractors
  • Liase with company site person in charge
  • Assist QS (HQ) in preparing progress claim and subcon certificate
  • Identification of variation work on site
  • Liase with Subcon on rate and scopes
  • Collecting of all necessary document

Requirements

  • Post own transport
  • Willing to travel among various projects site around Malaysia
  • Experience 3 years in related field
  • Education in related field
  • Knowledge and Site construction working experience is preferable
