Job Description

We are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a high-profile data centre project based in Finland. This is a long-term contract role running until July 2027, offering the chance to work on one of the most technically advanced infrastructure builds in Europe.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on data centre or mission-critical projects
  • Strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) or Civil Engineering
  • Ability to manage cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
  • Familiarity with international construction standards and practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to be based in Finland for the duration of the contract
