QUANTITY SURVEYOR

JOB DESCRIPTION Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts for private and governments projects Handle all contractual matters in relation to cost and time with the clients and subcontractors Valuing completed work and prepare claim settlement and notification correspondences to clients Monitor projects including materials and subcontractor cost forecast are strictly adhered to the agreed budget Other quantity surveying related duties for building projects JOB REQUIREMENT Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
