Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform Quantity Take-off and understanding of requirements in each tender that meet client's expectation.
- Evaluate and recommend the award of construction contracts.
- Participate in on-site and consultant meetings, collaborating with clients, architects, and associate consultants for effective project administration.
- Assist the Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.
- Prepare valuations, pricing, and agreements of contract variations, process claims, and monitor project cash flows.
- Verify subcontractors'/suppliers' monthly progressive claims, obtain approval, and prepare payment certificates.
- Prepare and submit monthly payment claims to project owner.
- Review and revise contract terms and conditions as necessary.
