Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• To report to superior and shall be responsible for all QS and contractual matters related to the execution of the construction contract including but not limited to payment certificates, claims, variation orders, etc.
• Regularly report and monitor on project quality and quantity in conformity with project specification and requirements.
• Responsible for quantity, budget estimation from design drawings, design modification tracking, cost adjustments, progress report, repare and analyze cost comparison.
• Communicate cost estimate adjustments to management and contractors to ensure a smooth transition of information.
• Prepare a quantity and cost statement, cost planning ledger, a variation ledger, a measurement ledger, subcontract settlement and payment ledgers.
• Responsible in collecting cost data, coordinating cost analysis, calculating and completing output value planning.
