Quantity Surveyor

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying.

5 years and above of working experience in construction field, the experience of interior design will have added advantage.

Possesses good understanding on development project specification and construction and its designs.

Able to manage and co-ordinate project related contractual matters, including suppliers claims.

Attending site valuation, site meeting, preparing progress payment and progress report.

Able to travel outstation and willing to work outside normal working hours as and when required.

Willing to travel or transferred at site when required.

Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Consultants, Construction Team and Contractors.

Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders.

Able to work in a fast pace environment...
