To do budgetary costing
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and any other documentations.
To keep tracks of any design changes and adjust budget projection accordingly.
To obtains quotations and prices from contractors and suppliers.
Negotiate with contractor and suppliers to secure the best price.
To ensure items, rate and price quoted in tender are accurate and correct .
Measurement and taking off for project's tender
Coordinate with project's team in administrating VO, EOT, tender. interim claim, settlement at final account.
Perform any ad hoc assignment as directed by management.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a degree in Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent.
