Responsibilities

  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), quotations, and contract documents
  • Attend site valuations and prepare progress claims
  • Evaluate and submit progress claims, Variation Orders (VO), and final accounts
  • Follow up with customers on payment certificates
  • Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings
  • Print and manage construction drawings
  • Calculate construction costs for tendering projects based on technical drawings and documents
  • Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Handle basic contract administration including correspondence and filing
  • Manage project claims documentation and administration
  • Prepare and submit material submissions
  • Perform other QS duties as required

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in QS role
