Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Willmott Dixon team on an exciting new project based in Luton and play a key role in delivering a brilliant building that transforms communities and leaves a positive legacy across the region.



We’re looking for a confident communicator with strong procurement experience to provide commercial support on this exciting project within the leisure sector



As a Quantity surveyor, the key responsibilities are:





  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality, exceeding customer expectations.


  • Work closely with the project team and senior commercial staff to ensure budgeted targets are met.


  • Establish strong working relationships with supply chain, consultants, and customers.
