Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts Measure work completed and prepare interim valuations and payment certificates Manage subcontractor appointments, payments, variations, and final accounts Monitor project costs and identify any commercial risks Prepare tender documentation, BOQs, and cost estimates where required Work closely with contracts managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients Manage claims, variations, and contractual correspondence Ensure accurate cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle Assist with procurement and negotiation of subcontractor packages Prepare and agree final accounts Requirements: Around 8 or more years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry Strong experience on residential and commercial building projects Solid knowledge of construction processes, contracts, measurements, and cost control Good working knowledge of CCS is essential Relevant Quantity Surveying ...
