Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
  • Measure work completed and prepare interim valuations and payment certificates
  • Manage subcontractor appointments, payments, variations, and final accounts
  • Monitor project costs and identify any commercial risks
  • Prepare tender documentation, BOQs, and cost estimates where required
  • Work closely with contracts managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Manage claims, variations, and contractual correspondence
  • Ensure accurate cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with procurement and negotiation of subcontractor packages
  • Prepare and agree final accounts
