Quantity Surveyor

We specialise in design, construction, and commissioning of data centres, offering full civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services.

Our projects span 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight. We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team in Finland, reporting to the Commercial Manager.

Responsibilities

• Work with the senior project team to procure key subcontract packages and other critical elements of the works.
• Generate quantified work packages, ITTs & budgets from technical documents; analyse and present tender returns.
