Quantity Surveyor for Gurgaon

Experience Required: 2–5 years (minimum 3 years in high-rise structure projects)
Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:
  • Generate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from architectural and structural drawings
  • Prepare rate analysis for various civil work items
  • Develop project cost estimates across different design stages
  • Verify and process contractor bills
  • Ensure contractor compliance with billing documentation and standards
  • Prepare material reconciliation statements for key construction resources
  • Compile monthly deviation reports comparing billed vs. budgeted amounts
