Job Description

Attend site meetings, on-site BQ verifications and quality checks

Prepare quotation, invoice, work order and other documents

Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

Liaising with site managers, clients, subcontractors.

Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
