Overview:

Founded in 1981, our client started as a traditional electrical contracting business and has expanded over the years into a multi-service provider. Its main areas of expertise include electrical contracting, security solutions, solar pv installation and renewable energy solutions.

Due to continued growth they are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) for their expanding team in Louth. This role will involve managing all commercial aspects of electrical projects from tender stage through to final account, working closely with project and site teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and analysing tender documentation and pricing electrical works
  • Assisting with project planning and cost forecasting
  • Managing procurement of materials, plant, and subcontractors
  • Monitoring project costs, budgets, and cash flow
