Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Johannesburg. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and monitoring project costs, preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and conducting cost planning and analysis. Day-to-day tasks include preparing cost reports, overseeing cost control measures, and providing financial guidance throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with 5–10 years of experience in real estate or property development.
