We're on the lookout for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join our clients Dunedin-based team, delivering a diverse pipeline of specialist construction projects across Otago. This is more than just numbers, you'll play a key role in pricing, planning, delivery, and client relationships , making a real impact on every job.

The Opportunity

You’ll be working across a variety of projects spanning:

• Sealants & waterproofing
• Resin flooring & concrete repair
• Grouting & specialist coatings

From tendering through to delivery, you’ll be the vital link between site teams, clients, and management , ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and profitably .

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing accurate take-offs, estimates, and tender submissions
