Our client, a leading name in the data centre industry, is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a major data centre project in Dublin 15. Specialising in full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning, our client has established itself as a trusted partner in the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure work packages from drawings and apply rates to develop package pricing
Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director
Handle relevant client communications
Compile monthly reports in accordance with procedures
Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings
Effectively resolve client and subcontractor disputes
Ensure timely submission of claims and notices in accordance with contract provisions
Document cost changes to work scopes and prepare monthly valuations and final accounts
