Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in landscape works, swimming pools and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have solid UAE experience and be capable of managing full QS functions including cost estimation, BOQ preparation, variations valuations and subcontractor management. The role requires close coordination with project procurement and site teams to ensure accurate cost control and commercial compliance across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation & Budgeting

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for landscape pool and interior fit-out works.
• Review drawings, specifications and project scope to produce accurate BOQs.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for softscape, hardscape, irrigation, pools, MEP elements, carpentry/fit-out items and finishing materials.
• Develop cost plans and forecasts based on UAE market rates.
