Job Description

  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and contract documentation in line with project requirements.

  • Monitor project costs, identify variations, and handle claims to ensure accurate financial tracking.

  • Support the project team with tender evaluation, cost control, and budget management.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for accurate quantity take-offs and cost reporting.



  1. Proven experience (9–10 years) as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor, preferably in Oil & Gas projects.

  2. Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and project estimation.

  3. Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software/tools.

  4. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
