Quantity Surveyor / Cost Controller

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Controller to manage the financial and contractual aspects of real estate development projects from feasibility through to final account. The role involves cost planning, budget control, value engineering, payment certification, and financial reporting to ensure optimal project performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Cost Planning & Budgeting Prepare detailed cost estimates and feasibility studies Develop project budgets aligned with profitability targets Conduct ROI analysis and cost benchmarking Review consultant estimates and contractor quotations 2.
