My client is one of Ireland’s leading construction firms, delivering recognisable and essential projects that are helping to shape our built environment. Due to business growth we look to hire an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the team permanently. The person hired on this role will be involved in projects based in Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon and Sligo.


Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Overseeing all aspects of project cost management.
  • Preparing tender and contract documents.
  • Issuing payment certificates following company systems and procedures.
  • Managing the change control process.
  • Coordinating with clients and the design team.
  • Appointing and managing subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Conducting cost analysis of subcontractor packages.
  • Performing risk management, value management, and cost control.
