Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or related field
Minimum of 3-7 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quantity surveying software (CSS) & Build Smart
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
