Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates at various stages of construction projects, including feasibility studies, early cost advice and pre-tender pricing.
- Develop labour and plant cost assessments and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist with tender preparation, procurement activities, pricing exercises, scope reviews and assessments of inclusions and exclusions.
