Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, this full-time position will see you working alongside a talented team of engineers and project managers to oversee all quantity surveying activities across our diverse portfolio of civil and structural engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor and equipment requirements
• Analyze project plans, drawings and specifications to identify and quantify required resources
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts to optimize costs
• Monitor project budgets and expenditure, providing regular financial reporting to the project team
• Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities throughout the project
• Prepare estimates, Quantity take-off, BOQ, Cost Comparative Assessment, updating of Cost data, DUPA, Monthly Statement (Contractor's Interim Payment Application), Monthly Progress Report and Variations.
