Quantity Surveyor

Key responsibilities

1. Preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates for MEPFS systems
2. Monitoring and controlling MEPFS costs throughout the construction process
3. Providing regular cost reports and forecasts to project managers and clients
4. Collaborating with the design team to identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering
5. Willing to work in Calamba Laguna
6. Willing to start asap

What we're looking for

1. We are hiring 2 personnel - Graduates of either BS Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
2. Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically for MEPFS systems
3. Excellent understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
4. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
5. Familiarity with construction contracts and project management principles
