MEP Quantity Surveyor – Real Estate / Construction

Responsibilities

  • Prepare MEP cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets
  • Manage MEP costs, variations, interim payments, and final accounts
  • Support tendering, bid evaluation, and subcontractor procurement
  • Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • 2–10+ years experience in MEP QS within real estate or construction
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, contracts, and cost control
  • Proficient in Excel and cost management tools
