Job Description
Prefer with Interior Design and renovation related experience.
- To carry out site work progress measurement & supervision
- To assist in carrying out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects
- To assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents
- To assist in expediting and coordinating with various personnel for the compilation of project cost estimates
- To liaise with clients, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
Requirements:
- Certificate /Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Civil Engineering or other related discipline
- Preferably with some working experience.
- Experienced site QS with SPM/STPM qualification and fresh graduates are invited to apply
- Possess own transport
- Able to work independently
