Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Taysan, Batangas (Project-based)

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
• With 1 to 3 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in Solar Project.
• Experience in infrastructure or construction projects.
• Knowledgeable in quantity take-off, cost estimates, and BOQ preparation.
• Familiar with construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Willing to be assigned in Taysan, Batangas.
• Must attend final interview at Head Office in Taguig City.

• Prepare quantity take-offs based on approved plans and drawings.
• Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Monitor project quantities, costs, and material usage.
