We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Subang Jaya. You'll be working closely with our project managers, site supervisors, and suppliers to manage costs, contracts, and all financial aspects of construction projects. If you enjoy being part of a growing, fast-paced team and can handle a mix of site and office work, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities
2. Evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
3. Assist with tender submissions and contract negotiations
4. Monitor project costs and ensure they stay within budget
5. Handle progress claims, payment certifications, and final accounts
6. Visit project sites to verify completed work
7. Work with internal and external teams to resolve contract and costing issue
