Qualification:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying (mandatory)




Experience:




  • Proven experience in Government projects and Consultancy firms is mandatory




Key Responsibilities:




  • Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs




  • Evaluate tenders, contracts, and variations




  • Monitor project costs and ensure budget control




  • Prepare interim and final valuations




  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities




  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and regulations




  • Support claims, final accounts, and cost reportin
