YOUR MISSION

As a key member of our commercial team, you will:

Drive Cost Precision
Master the details by performing accurate quantity take-offs and material measurements to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Control the Commercials
Lead the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) and conduct indepth cost analysis, acting as the financial guardian of the project.

Leverage AI & Innovation
Actively utilize AI tools to accelerate workflows and enhance the accuracy of deliverables. You are expected to find smarter, faster ways to work.

Continuous Improvement
Review past performance to innovate and improve future outcomes. You don't just finish a job; you ask, How can we do this better next time?

Be the Central Hub
Expert liaison who coordinates seamlessly between main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure everyone is aligned.
