Job Description
Quantity Surveyor
- Salary: $3800 - $4800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Location: 5 min walk from Aljunied MRT
- Working Days: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
- Source sub-contractors, vendors for quotation during tendering
- Carry out quantities taking off during tendering
- Evaluate the quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission
- Prepare subcontract document (incorporate all contract and technical requirements)
- Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedule
- Assist Contract Manager/ Deputy Contract Manager/ Senior Quantity Surveyor/ PM in the negotiation and award of sub-contracts
- Ensure submission of bonds/warranties from sub-contractor
- Prepare payment claims and provide substantiation for VO for valuation
- Prepare monthly payment certificate, check invoices against delivery order
